Delete your Shipdeck account

In the app: Settings, then Delete account. That removes your account immediately.

Without the app: email hello@themaritimemaster.com from the address you signed in with, or tell us the account you want removed. We action requests within 30 days.

What is deleted. Your account, your saved fleet, your Fathom conversation history, your token balance, your subscription record with us, and any ship page unlocks you bought with tokens or earned by watching a video.

What is kept. Anonymous records with no way back to you: purchase identifiers used to stop a refunded receipt being redeemed again, and totals used for billing accuracy. These carry no name, no email and no account.

Subscriptions are managed in the App Store or Google Play and are cancelled there, not here.
